Master of Fine Arts - Design and Technology (MFADT) program at Parsons School of Design
This link contains very interesting statistics from LiveJournal’s blog community, tracking 4.918.064 blogs/journals. The age distribution results are not surprising but I was impressed with the majority of blogs (67.1%) being maintained by women, against men’s less then half percentage of 32.9%. The raw data is free to use.
Manuel Lima was born in the Azores, Portugal, in May 1978. In 2002 he completed a 6 year degree in Industrial Design at the Faculty of Architecture - UTL (Lisbon) and finished a 7 month internship at the design firm Kontrapunkt, located in Copenhagen - Denmark. Currently living in New York, Manuel is taking an MFA degree in Design and Technology at Parsons School of Design. For this purpose he has received three scholarships from Parsons School of Design, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Luso-American Foundation. Manuel is currently working as a design researcher at Parsons Institute for Information Mapping.
